Bill Kidd is 48 and lives in Partick. He is a trade unionist and is Organiser of the SNP Trade Union Group. He works as a Parliamentary Assistant to Sandra White MSP.

Bill says: "I believe that every citizen of Scotland should be treated equally. Pensioners shouldn't have to worry about means-testing; Hospitals should be well-staffed, clean and as local as possible; Tax should reflect the ability to pay; War should always be the last resort, never the first.

"Therefore I believe that Scotland must be a normal INDEPENDENT country, and voting SNP at every election is the only way to achieve that."
