A strong fighter for Glasgow, the SNP and Independence |
I have been an SNP member, fighting for Independence since 1974, seeking election at local, Westminster and Scottish levels. I’m a Glaswegian, born there in 1956, having lived in Tollcross, Gorbals, North Kelvinside and since 1982 in Hamilton along with my wife Angela.
In 2007 I was elected as councillor for Bothwell & Uddingston in South Lanarkshire, achieving a swing of 17%.
Within the SNP group in South Lanarkshire I have the Social Work portfolio. I have campaigned strongly on social work and ward issues resulting in appearances on radio, television and local newspapers.
Elect a strong fighter to the parliament defending Scotland and allowing the SNP to continue improvements for a further four years. |
