Glasgow SNP - Independence

Glasgow Manifesto 2007

May 2007 sees a huge change for the better in how councillors are elected. For too long Labour have enjoyed unrealistic majorities in Glasgow despite receiving barely 50% of the vote. Now under the proportional representation system every vote will count and we can expect a much larger SNP presence in the Council. Whether the SNP takes control or not, you can be sure that there will be a strong and vigorous voice speaking up in the City Chambers for the good of Glasgow and the good of Scotland.

In this manifesto you will find more details of what we want to see happening in Glasgow.
