The Committee agreed to twin Glasgow and Marseilles. The SNP welcomes this as Scotland and France have fought many common enemies together over the years! However, are such twinnings to continue for ever? Do we ever un-twin? It was agreed that twinning agreements should be subject to review, either by the Executive or Scrutiny Committees.
