When Billy McAllister was elected as SNP Councillor for Milton earlier this year, one of his main pledges was to get Chirnsyde Community Centre sorted out. And in recent months he has worked tirelessly to try and move this forward. But to say the Council has dragged its heels was to put it mildly.
