It's time to take our communities back |

CRIME and anti social behaviour have no place in our communities.
Police and Procurators Fiscal should be made to do their job. They are
here to serve us, not the other way around.
Billy McAllister says: âI will not tolerate official inaction on crime
and anti socials. Milton people should be able to walk the streets in
safety. Elderly residents should not live their lives in fear. These
are our human rights. If elected, my top priority will be to make sure
that all criminal and anti social behaviour in Milton is ruthlessly
dealt with. It is time for victims to get more help and practical
support than perpetrators.
Future
"But the young people of Milton are our future. We should remember they
are part of our communities. For too long, they have been abandoned -
no youth leisure facilities, no jobs, no apprenticeships. This is a
shocking waste of talent and energy.
"Labour politicians are the ones responsible for ignoring our young
people. I am calling for Glasgow City Council to spend money on
providing youth leisure facilities - especially at St. Augustineâs
playing fields - including swimming baths, sports centre, and youth
club for the young people of Milton to develop their full potential." |
