Introducing Frank Rankin
Frank Rankin has been selected by local SNP members to contest the council seat for Drumchapel and Anniesland, following the resignation of Stephen Purcell.
Frank, welcoming the opportunity, said: "Only an SNP councillor can be trusted to shine a light into the dark corners of the City Chambers, and expose Labour's misdeeds.
"I ask the people of Drumchapel and Anniesland to stand up to Labour by electing me as their local champion-to fight Labour cuts and Labour cronyism."
Frank is 39, married with one son and works in the NHS.
